Men's Impact Ministry

Men must be challenged by the right person, for the right reason, and in the right way.

Without those three factors, the challenge falls on deaf ears, doesn’t have the motivation to get someone started or doesn’t have the purpose to keep someone going to fulfill it.

After training thousands of business owners, salespeople and speaking at men’s ministries, I’ve realized not everyone responds to the same type of motivation. Some men are motivated to accomplish a task by money, some recognition, such as an award, acknowledgement or by the fear of being embarrassed, left out or left behind, or losing out on something.

The key is identifying what strategies must be used with each man. If it’s a group then being able to effectively present each motivation without boring everyone.
